About

Spring Creek Dog Park at the Lower Pond is a partially fenced off-leash area in Steamboat Springs where dogs can run, play, and cool off in a large pond on warm Colorado days. The park sits about a half mile from the trailhead lot at Maple Ave and Amethyst Dr, reached via the Upper Spring Creek Trail, with benches for dog owners and waste stations on site. Within this city-managed off-leash space, dogs stay under voice and sight control while exploring the trails and water.
