About

Winstead Park is an 11-acre park on the Boise Bench in Boise, Idaho, offering generous off-leash space for dogs during seasonal morning and afternoon hours. The city's schedule opens the park to off-leash dogs in early mornings year-round, with afternoon off-leash hours added November through February. Wide-open play areas used by sports teams, a walking path, a reservable covered shelter, playground, and tennis courts make this a favorite stop for active dog owners.
