About

Oldfield Oaks Dog Park sits within the 109-acre Oldfield Oaks Forest Preserve in Darien, Illinois, with the off-leash area reached off N Frontage Road, offering dog owners a mature oak woodland setting for off-leash play. The dog area includes separate fenced sections for large and small dogs along with a turf looped trail and limestone paths winding through oak woodland, wetlands, and restored prairie. A Forest Preserve District of DuPage County permit is required to use the off-leash area, and the surrounding preserve adds two miles of trails for on-leash walks with spring wildflowers and fall color.
