About

Nelson Park Dog Park is a registration-required off-leash dog park on East Cantrell Street in Decatur, Illinois, operated by the Decatur Park District. Like its sister park Fido Fields, it works on annual dog park registration, with vaccination documentation and spay/neuter proof completed through the district. The park gives Decatur dog owners a dedicated off-leash space to exercise and socialize their dogs throughout the year.
