About

Kelly Lock Memorial Dog Park in Tuscola, Illinois is a 0.75-acre fenced dog park at the north end of Ervin Park, dedicated in October 2022 through a generous donation from Lyle and Linda Lock honoring their late daughter Kelly, a founding member of Hands for Paws. With double-gate entry, two separate play areas, play structures, waste bag dispensers, and dog-themed murals by local artist Ainslie Heilich, it gives Tuscola dog owners a thoughtfully designed place for pups to play.
