About

Harvey County East Park Dog Beach gives dog owners in Newton, Kansas, a fenced-in beach play area where pets can splash with direct water access. Introduced by Harvey County in 2023, the Pet Swim Park is the park's dedicated off-leash swimming area within 1,300-acre East Park, so pups can roam free in the water while staying leashed elsewhere in the park. The county keeps the area fenced and asks visitors to help keep it clean for everyone.
