About

SFC Jason Bishop Memorial Dog Park is Covington, Kentucky's first city dog park, a 1.5-acre fenced space at Ninth and Philadelphia streets beside Kenny Shields Park. The free-admission park offers separate small- and large-dog areas, decorative high-end fencing, plenty of seating, a secure corral entry, and a waste station for dog owners. Open dawn to dusk, it honors Army Sgt. 1st Class Jason Bishop, a Holmes High School graduate killed in Iraq while serving with the 101st Airborne Division.
