About

Mulligan’s Bark Park is a fully fenced off-leash pocket park on South 4th Street in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, funded by the TurfMutt Foundation and unveiled in November 2023. Dog owners bring pups of every breed and size to play on fresh sod among benches, trees, and new plantings, with a colorful mural of Mulligan the TurfMutt brightening the space. Open sun-up to sun-down every day, it gives downtown residents and workers a green gathering spot right behind the Ohio Theatre facade.
