About

BARC Park at Hannah More Park is a members-only off-leash haven tucked inside Hannah More Park in Reisterstown, Maryland. The Baltimore Animal Recreation Center's fenced grounds feature a 1.5-acre area for large dogs and a separate 0.75-acre area for small dogs, each with water fountains, benches, and wading pools set up in the summer. Local owners register with the county recreation department each year to enjoy this volunteer-supported park where well-behaved dogs can socialize, exercise, and play.
