About

Franklin Terrace Off-Leash Dog Park gives dog owners in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a fully fenced off-leash retreat in the Seward neighborhood, just off I-94. The wood-chip and gravel grounds, roughly 1.4 acres with a wooded incline and open play space, sit within Mississippi Gorge Regional Park beside Riverside Park, one of the city's oldest parks. Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily with a second entrance on West River Parkway, it is a convenient urban stop where owners bring water for the community bowls and watch their pups play.
