About

High Bridge Dog Park is a 7-acre, completely enclosed off-leash dog park in St. Paul, Minnesota, tucked beneath the Smith Avenue High Bridge along the Mississippi River. Run by the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation on a former power plant site reclaimed in 2012, it gives dog owners a roomy, fully fenced place to let their pups run off-leash. Just remember to bring water, since there is no running supply on site.
