About

Overlook Park Off Leash Area puts dog owners on a North Portland hilltop known for sweeping views of the city and the Fremont Bridge. The designated area is an unfenced, grassy stretch at the south end of the park where dogs roam freely while owners take in the skyline and sunsets. Playgrounds, sports fields, and a 2021 nature patch fill out the 11.3-acre park, so a Portland, Oregon afternoon here has plenty to offer the whole family.
