About

Cape Lookout State Park is a pet-friendly Oregon state park on the Three Capes Scenic Route near Tillamook, not a dedicated off-leash dog park but welcoming to dogs throughout. Leashed pups can join their owners on miles of trails through coastal old-growth forest and along the beach, and dogs are permitted off-leash on the sandy stretch north of the campground along Netarts Spit. Dog owners camping at 13000 Whiskey Creek Road get year-round beach access and whale-watching walks with their four-legged companions.
