About

Smith River Paw Park welcomes dogs and their owners to share the experience of nature and hiking in a safe, fully fenced space in Axton, Virginia. Dog owners enter through the Smith River Sports Complex, turning left at the River Access sign and driving to the Paw Path trailhead, and the park was generously donated by Ed Marvin in loving memory of his wife, Jewel Spencer Marvin.
